Yes it is possible to go for an MBA degree after B.Tech in biotechnology. In fact, it's a good thought, if you are planning to go for it. Moreover, the syllabus for these entrance exams for MBA comprises of maths upto 10th standard only. So, there is no problem with that. You just need to do some smart work.
There is definitely good chances of somebody with a biotech degree and an MBA degree u will be given preference in jobs in pharmaceuticals and biotech companies over others since u have a biotech degree.
To do MBA, you have to sit for MBA entrance exams. There are a lot of entrance exams conducted by various colleges like-

Admission letter or offer letter is the letter given to the student when he/she gets any seat in any institute in any round of counselling. If a person gets a seat in any round, then he will be able to download the letter from JoSAA website. Another letter will be given to the candidate at the reporting centre.

No, you can't. The basic rule of NET exam is that the candidates can only apply for the exam with their masters' subject. According to your subject, you can apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences in the place of UGC NET. It would be a better option for you. It is a national-level exam which is conducted for the Science stream students who want to become a researcher or a lecturer. To appear for the exam, you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in your masters. If you want to appear for junior research fellowship, then your age must be less than or equal to 28 years.
