Hi Kunal, Every college is different and hence there eligibility criteria also varies. For securing an admission in BHM the basic eligibility criteria 10+2 pass in any stream. Some colleges have min. Percentage criteria as well. You need to check the same with the respective college. Regards.

Indian School Mines at Dhanbad, now converted to IIT is an example where one can do graduation in engineering in mining. But then next best is civil engineering. I feel if you make enough efforts you may land up a job in a mining company.

According to me, JECRC then Poornima, then Arya but I will suggest not to go in this college if you are eligible for LNMIIT, MNIT, BITS PILANI you can see the placement record and faculty staff from their college website you get better idea about the college.

Hello Anika,
These days due to intense competition and also to keep system transparent majority of states and institutions have CET to AIT students. But of course, Tamil Nadu is a notable exception which has discarded this and plumped for marks of 12th as criteria for admission. Few deemed to be universities too give direct admission to students who have secured merit position or are having more than certain percentage of marks.
