Not sure, if you want to do the course as regular or through distance mode. Annamalai University is okay. But, there are much better options if in case you are looking for distance learning. If you are serious about your plans the best options will be IGNOU or ICFAI University. Both have good reputation. The degree is valid across government and private sector alike. Since IGNOU is a government university, the administrative services are quite slack. ICFAI University provides flexible learning MBA. You first decide which course you want to do. A course is not selected on the basis of which is best. Rather a course should be chosen on the basis of your interest, capability and talent. CS / ECE / MBA / M.Tech are four different things and have different scopes altogether. I am happy that at least you have chosen the college - IIIT
If we go say which is better - my answer would be IIIT Gwalior in first place / then IIIT Lucknow / IIIT Kotak being the last - this comparison is out of these three. Now it does not matter which course you do. IIIT Gwalior is best for all the courses you have mentioned.
