The two IITs that you mentioned are the best in the country. It's almost impossible to distinguish between the two as academics, placements, and faculty are all top-notch in both these establishments. Hence I would not like to place one over the other. However, there would be diehard proponents for each of these to say that theirs is the best. However, I would strongly advise that take admission where it is most convenient. Best wishes to you.

Dear reader,
Taking admission at LPU is a great choice.
The LPUNEST entrance test is used to determine admission to LPU's B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture program. 60% overall in 10+2 (with PCM/PCB/Inter-Agriculture) is the minimum requirement for eligibility. Scoring in higher LPUNEST categories (Category I, II, or III) ensures entrance and substantial scholarships, while the cutoffs differ by phase.
For more information kindly contact their concerned department.
I hope this information helps.

I am Submit Vashist studying B.A. M.S from CBPACS New Delhi
As per my knowledge, 210 marks with SC category can't provide you admission in B.A. M.S government college but you must attend the counseling because you can get a seat by luck
All the best.

It is equally good for a student from Delhi or Punjab as it is for any other state of India. The medium of instruction here is English so as long as you are comfortable with it you won't be having any problem. No problems except language and weather. They also don't weigh much.
