Yes, MHU in Roorkee refund fees but only to those students who withdraw their admission before starting of classes but they deduct the amount of non refundable part. Some programs at MHU include refundable security deposit.

Getting into MHU, probably Osmania University might be moderately competitive. The candidate needs to qualify for entrance examinations like OUCET or CPGET, which are course-specific. PG College of Law, Osmania University offered 20 seats for LLM programme. To be eligible for the seat you have to pass the exam PGLCET which is conducted annually in the state Telangana. They offers specialisations, like International law, Corporate law, Criminal law, etc.

College has their own placement cell and they conduct training programs to train the students for the placements. Some say placements are average and some say they are good. It has record of INR 15 Lacs as their the highest package for LLM.
