Hospitality is adifferent industry and even after doing this course you may not the benefit from both until you planned to make your career in hospital only. Hospitality management is agood selection but not after Pharmacy. you shoud go for M. Pharma which is the best option and also relvent to your career.

English is a compulsory subject whichever stream you may pick. As you say you do not wish to limit your options, you can look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy.
*If mathematics and finance interest you then opt for commerce - you can opt for professional courses like Chartered Accountancy (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Cost Accountancy (from ICWA), Company Secretary Ship (CS), Stock Broking or MBA.
*If science interests you then you can pursue engineering, civil aviation, merchant navy, medicine, architecture, etc.
*On the arts side there are careers like Media, Management, Design, Arts, Psychology, Ho
