Even though the exam to be undertaken is popularly known as IAS exam, it is officially called UPSC civil services exam. The UPSC CSE consists of 3 stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Getting into Indian Administrative Service is not easy considering the competition involved, but not impossible for a candidate with right attitude and approach.

Hello Shalin,
The path of admission to any engineering college is through CET or equivalent of that state. Perhaps only in TN admissions are based on marks of 12th. So follow rules applicable for your state.

According to me, Krupanidhi School of Management is one of the good college to do MBA. And some of the other colleges are:
New Horizon College
Rasa International and Business Management

There is no hard and fast rule that you have to follow to pursue any particular course after completing B.Sc. in community science. The choice is entirely yours and you should pursue a course which you feel comfortable doing/studying.

Of course, For admission to state engineering colleges, you may have to clear lateral entry admission tests conducted by the state to become eligible for lateral entry admissions direct to the third semester of B.Tech programme. If you wish to be loyal to your stream of study you may opt for a B.Tech in Mechanical engineering, mechatronics or Automobile Engineering.

If you have done 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engineering after 10th class from a recognized Polytechnic then you are eligible to seek lateral entry admission in BTech 2nd year.
