Staff Selection Commission or simply SSC is an Indian organization to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.
The Staff Selection Commission headquartered at New Delhi, conduct examinations and/or interviews to make recruitment to Group “B” and Group “C” posts for the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.

As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing B.com and your long term goal is to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So as per your query I would suggest you to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc, by this you will have wider choice of B-school for admission.
If you take limited number to tests, then you will not have wider choice of B-schools, however if you do not wish to take all the management entrance tests then in that case you may consider taking MAT and CMAT tests as the difficulty level of these exams is lesser as compared to CAT and XAT.

She can not pursue masters degree as the eligibility for the masters is bachelors degree. Sice she has pursued a diploma, she can either pursue a bachelors degree where she will have to start from a scratch or advance diploma.
