With interest in pharmacy, you can :
- apply in good pharma companies as a Medical Representative. You can apply for pharmacist post in hospitals.
- start working in government department.
- do research and development work.

Every branch is good if you have the state towards it. Dont go for the best. Go for the on which is best for you.
If you dont like mechanical and you go for it since its more demanding, you will end up reaching nowhere but if you go for some branch say cs in which you are really interested i assure you , you will surely touch the heights.
