For GMAT preparation I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute as well along with self preparation.
However there are various good books available for the practice, they are:
Quant Aptitude by Tata Magraw Hill.
Competitive Examinations Tips, Techniques, and Short-cut Methods by Guha Abhijit.
R.S. Agarawal books on verbal reasoning or Business English and Communication by Clark or Days to a More Powerful Vocabulary by Wilfred Funk and Norman Lewis.

-Minimum Qualifications for Classes I-V:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 2–year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent)or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final 2–year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002
-To become a teacher for Classes VI to VIII (Elementary stage):
The candidates should be graduates and should have passed or should be appearing in final year of two-year diploma in elementary education;or
The candidates should be graduates having acquired at least 50 per cent marks and should have passed or should be appearing in one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed); or
The candidates should have passed senior secondary with at least 50 per cent marks and should have passed or should be appearing in final year of four-year bachelor in elementary education;
or
The candidates should have passed senior secondary with at least 50 per cent marks and should have passed or should be appearing in final year of four year BA/ B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed.
