As regular will preferred more as compared to correspondence.
As many of the reputed firms offers more opportunities for student having a regular degree. It is advisable that you should opt for regular course rather than online or distance.

For GMAT preparation I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute as well along with self preparation.
However there are various good books available for the practice, they are:
Quant Aptitude by Tata Magraw Hill.
Competitive Examinations Tips, Techniques, and Short-cut Methods by Guha Abhijit.
R.S. Agarawal books on verbal reasoning or Business English and Communication by Clark or Days to a More Powerful Vocabulary by Wilfred Funk and Norman Lewis.

Regarding fee structure you will have to come to the centre and explain us what are you looking for after you come across all the contents of the course, since there is 20% off going on for all the courses. . Regarding tours, there are no tours done during the course, there are presentations, Aircraft visits and Guest lectures given by Industry personnel.
