Hello Chandrashekara,
I can appreciate and understand your desire and dream of doing M Tech in part time mode. Normally some colleges offer this facility to students who are having job during daytime and can come for classes in evening. You are advised to approach your intended college and seek assistance from administrative staff there.

Dear Tushar,
You can't pursue B.Tech through distance mode, because it is against the norms of AICTE and UGC. You must to go for regular college in order to do B.Tech or M.Tech.
