MD - General Medicine

MD - Clinical Pharmacology

MD - Neonatology
MD - Medical Gastroenterology
MD - Neurology
MD - Pulmonary Medicine
MD - Medical Oncology
MD - Nephrology
MD- Pediatrics
MD - Neuro Radiology
MD - Rheumatology
MS - General Surgery
MS - ENT
MS - Ophthalmology
There are various options to continue higher education by completing D.M. after M.D. One can even go for M.Ch after M.S.
Other than MD and MS, you may opt for :
Masters in Public Health (MPH)
Masters in Hospital Management
You can even join diploma courses in Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, Neurology, Nephrology etc.

The medical professionals need to take up the qualifying exam to get as resident in any foreign country. Different countries consider different qualifying exams. As you are interested in working in Australia, you need to clear MRCP.
If you are interested in United States of America you need to pass USMLE Licensing exams. In New Zealand, you have to clear MRCP. In United Kingdom PLAB exam is mandatory.
