Guide-Level 11

If you want to do MBA from best colleges in India you need to attend entrance exams like CAT and XAT. Cracking Cat exam is very difficult. So thorough preparation is required for CAT. If you don't want to lose one year after graduation in preparing for CAT you can start your preparation in the starting of 3rd year itself. CAT coaching centers like Time and Career launcher are giving coaching for final year students. You can join in those centers or you can study by yourself. CAT scorecard is valid for one year.

Hi Rakhi,
As you are a fresher, I suggest look at pursuing Masters in your field of interest rather than looking for MBA programs. Most quality MBA programs all over the world require a good GMAT score (~700) coupled with 3-4 years of Managerial level experience. Additionally, MBA programs are far more costly than Masters program. Having said that, there are some universities that do offer fresher MBA programs but I would suggest consider Masters instead.
Hope this helps!

Nasim ji, i would suggest that you look at the entire field of design. Design is a field that is age old &has been evolving every year like science. The world has changed a lot and a lot of new & wonderful careers in design have come up. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immers
