I've done some research and the rent for the first year of BCA in Christ was 60,000 INR and later for 80,000 for the second and third year. The hostel is only for girls and not for boys. The rent might have changed now depending upon the facilities they provide, you should consider consulting it directly with the college over the phone or by visiting the campus.

Well, you are doing what you don't like so firstly write down why you don't like it then show it to the person who completed BBA then ask him whether its normal or not then if they say that you are really not meant for that field and if you strongly feel that you are not made for it then consider changing your study line to what you like. But remember to show you writings to a knowledgeable person from you seniors.
