Medical learning needs practice and practical experience. That's why medical degrees are provided in offline mode only. Auxiliary Nursing: Midwifery Nursing is a two-year Diploma course. Yes, you have a chance to get a Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) seat in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme seats are only for low-income candidates from the open or general category. If you belong to the reserved category, then you better go for reserved category seats, as there's hardly any difference in the fee for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme and reserved category seats.
