SIMC offers MBA in Communication as well as Master of Mass Communication.
Eligibility - Any graduate from a recognized university with 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate is eligible to apply.
Applicants expecting their final year results can also apply.
However, their admission will be provisional and subject to their furnishing proof of graduation
with 50% by the beginning of the second semester.
Application to SIMC is a two-step process.
Step 1- Apply for SNAP
Visit Www.Snaptest.Org for application form and all information related to SNAP.
Depending upon your course preference, choose ‘SNAP (General) Test’ for MBA
or ‘SIMC-Pune MMC Test’ for MMC.
Register and make payment.
Upon payment, a SNAP ID and password is generated which will be essential to initiate
the SIMC application form and for all future correspondence.
Appearing for SNAP exam or SNAP (MMC SNAP Test) is compulsory
for seeking admission to SIMC.
Step 2- Apply to SIMC-Pune
A separate application form has to be filled out for SIMC.
The following documents will be required to fill out the application form.
SNAP ID and password.
Class X, XII and graduation transcripts.
The non refundable application fee is Rs. 1000. There are three modes of payment for your application form.
Demand Draft (in favour of Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication, payable at Pune).
Online payment through credit card.
AXIS Bank Easy Payment System.
