1. Government Organizations: The salary varies from to company to company, but on an average MCA graduates are paid from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 65,000 depending up on the talent, skill and performance of the graduates in test and interviews conducted by the government authorities.
2. Private Sector: The range of salary offered by private firms varies according to the functioning and other policies of the company. In India companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys focus on talented MCA graduates. MCA graduates are paid up to 3.5 lakh per annum in the private sector.
3. The remuneration abroad is very high for MCA graduates and some company's even pay up to Rs. 60 to Rs. 90 lakh per annum.

Every institute has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, it may cost you around Rs 3 lacs to Rs 5 lacs or more to pursue MBA.
MBA is a good course to pursue as it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Please remember no course or institute guarantee job to its students getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

I year MBA is fast catching up among MBA aspirants as well as the corporate world.
Already a huge success in western world, 1 year MBA has been now very well accepted by the corporate world with leading 1 yr courses like IIM-PGPX, XLRI-GMP and ISB already beating the leading two year courses by huge margins in terms of salary, and more importantly profiles offered.
After spending lot of time in industry going for a 2 yr MBA is not only very expensive in terms of the loss of eaning and psychological and personal life pressures but also a waste of time as experienced by those doing two year MBA after considerable work experience. In a two year MBA lot of time is spent in imparting proffesional attitudes, teaching proffesional communication techniques and exposing people to proffsional world culture. People with considerable experience already has these skills and thus 1 yr MBA better suits you if you have good industry experience.
The leading 1 year MBA in India are, IIM-PGPX, XLRI-GMP and ISB , although there are some other good ones like Grate lake school of management.
ISB is considered to have pioneered the 1 year MBA concept in India as it was first to conduct 1 yr MBA open to all, however you might be surprised to know that XLRI was the first institute to have started 1 yr MBA way back in late 1990s although it was open only to TATA steel sponsored candidates. 2007 saw the first open batch of XLRI-GMP coming out of campus and the success in terms of salary and profiles offered has surpast everyones experience. IIM-A PGPX's second batch performed marginally better than ISB's 6th batch and XLRI-GMP's very first batch was as good as ISB. XLRI has increased its minimum exp to 5 yrs from 3 yrs for its second batch and thus its expected that there will be a significant jump in the performance of the second batch thus giving stiff competition to both IIM and ISB.
IIM_PGPX already command a far better student profile, as it concentrates more on quality and has a minimum 5 yrs exp criteria which is reflected in its placements as well which has performed better than ISB in just two years. With XLRI putting 5 yrs exp criteria as well, the batch profile for the 2007-08 batch has improved significantly and thus XLRI is also expected to perform similar to IIM-PGPX next year giving ISB a run for students as ISB continues to play mass game with batch strength of over 400 (Both IIM, XLRI has batch strength of 60) and much less stringent exp criteria.
