In a nutshell, you must have appeared for CAT 2013 examinations & have scored minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) in your graduation.

The main advantage is that you can ily build your career in that country as well as also in India if you wish so with comparatively more ease. However, the intitute you choose should have some good name and it would be much better if that institution is popular in India.

I have heard of an institute in Pune, it's called SIHS (Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences). It offers an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare management. It is a course of two years on campus.
