Jaro has no standing among top distance learning universities. It speaks about cutting edge technology in MBA course, uses Film actresses in their education board and gives one year & 9 month MBA degrees which have no value. They talk about collaboration with Ulyanovsk State University, Russia and United Business Institutes, Europe. Both are unknown and what kind of collaboration? Where are the MoUs with them?
In nutshell, avoid it and go for a proper 2 year MBA degree from SMU, PTU, JNU, IGNOU or Symbiosis.

As a 10th pass you can not do CCNA course as the subjects related to computer networks are taught in B.Tech. and MCA. Therefore, I will suggest that if you have interest in computer courses then start with basic 'C' language course.
