If you are interested to train yourself for pre-school then eligibility is Class XII with 50% aggregate. Teachers with diplomas in education / Bachelors in education teach the primary classes. Graduates of Home Science also serve the purpose.
For B.Ed degrees after graduation and post-graduation you may opt for teacher's training colleges.

After PG / M.Phil courses, if interested to be a lecturer, you need to undergo NET exam, conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC. The State level test SLET is for appointments within the state.

4. Knowledge creation and capacity building
