Yes, you can definitely pursue M.Sc and Ph.D together. You can opt-in for Integrated Ph.D. It is a research programme, which is mainly devoted to Science and engineering. The students receive an integrated Ph.D. degree after successfully completing their degree and doctorate. The application form is not open yet for CET exam. Some of the documents that will be needed are Caste certificate, 10th mark-sheets/passing certificate, 12th marksheet/passing certificate, graduation all sems mark-sheet, work experience certificate (if applicable), birth certificate/passport/domicile
Mostly a soft copy is to be uploaded while filling the application form. However, during admissions hard copy is a must.
However, kindly wait for notification by DTE.

To get admission in LPU, you need to get minimum 40% in the test.
Pattern:- total number of questions :-70
English: - 30 question elementary level
Subject of your Domain of interest: - 40 questions
Each right answer to the question you will get +1 marks and there is no negative marking. Therefore, I would suggest you to answer and attempt the complete question paper.
For English you can go through parts of speech and other Basic English grammar like synonym omitting passage reading etc
