Hi Fabio Periera,
Apparently, you have to decide this yourself by figuring out your own career interests and your definition of a bright future. No course comes with a guarantee of a bright future. Both the programmes you have mentioned are different ones, you have to know your priorities here. Check the career outcomes, programme structure and match with your own interest. Decide accordingly.

Hi Vishwam,
If you are planning to continue your second year onwards abroad then you have to search for universities online and contact them directly. Lateral entry will depend on the credit point norms. If you want to start from the beginning then decide where to study and take entrance exams like IELTS or TOEFL. In this case also you have to contact universities directly and know your admission prospects. Visit university websites and check for the admission advisors, write to them and enquire.

Just follow your dream and interest. Because if you have no interest in engineering then you won't be able to study properly and might regret later for wrong choice. If fashion is what you are interested in then you should definitely opt the same as this will be the deciding point of not only your career but your whole life.
