I have also did B. E. In Mechanical Engineering in 2017 and I am pursuing M. Sc. in Mathematics. After B. Tech. /B. E. you can do B. Ed. by taking admission in any college. Most of the prestigious universities conduct entrance exams, so you can prepare for these. State level common entrance exams are also held. For doing the course through distance/online mode, IGNOU conducts entrance exam for B. Ed. while some universities offer direct admission, some demands teaching experience. Yes, you can apply for hospital management it's good that you have a Bachelor degree in English but it doesn't matter that what you have in your 11th or 12th background you just have to be good at English which is the most mandatory language for the hospital management and you should have 45% in your Bachelors degree so that you can easily get admission in any college of your choice.
