No, PCM is not a mandatory stream for AU-QUASAR BTech admissions. Candidates from PCB stream can also apply for BTech admissions, if they had Mathematics as one of the mandatory subjects.
The institute only requires candidates to have Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in Class 12th.

AIIMS Rishikesh admissions are entrance-based. However, NEET is mandatory only for the MBBS programme. If a student is apply for any of the other programmes, appearing for NEET is not required. Hence, yes, a student can get admission in AIIMS Rishikesh without NEET score provided they are applying for non-MBBS programme.

AU-QUASAR BTech course is not open for direct admission for any of the specialisations. Interested candidated need to appear in AU-QUASAR entrance test to qualify for BTech admissions.
However, if they have a valid score of JEE Mains, KCET or COME-DK, AU-QUASAR entrance test will be skipped for their admission.
