There is no eligibility to learn ethical hacking. Its one of the several courses in technology and computer science. Just make sure that before you learn it, you are an expert in network security.

Eligibility for admissions to MBA program in Alliance:
**Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate from a recognized University
**A high score in a national-level management aptitude test or GMAT
Selection Criteria:-
Candidates are required to appear for the Admission Selection Process comprised of:
**Alliance Aptitude Test (AAT)
**Oral Extempore Presentation

The School also uses other parameters such as scholastic and extracurricular record and work experience for admission. The final selection of the candidate will be based on the overall performance in the Admission Selection Process.
So with this MAT score, I don't think you are eligible, however I may suggest you to sit for their own entrance, i.e AAT and do not disclose your MAT score to them. Work harder to successfully crack their examination in one go followed by rounds of GD and PI.
