Hi Vratik, MCET can be considered as one of the most common MCA entrance test in India. MCET stands for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. Those who aspire to enroll for a Post Graduate Course in MCA can attend the test. They can get admittance in University departments or in private institutes in Maharashtra.
Eligibility Criteria :
** Candidates who have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any recognized institute in any stream are eligible to apply. They should have scored 50% or above. However there is an exception of 45% or above for those belonging to other classes.
** Candidates should also have taken mathematics or statistics in their plus two.
** Those who are appearing currently for the final year examination are eligible to apply.
** Candidates who have qualified in Bachelor of Science (Computer/Information Technology), BCA, BCS courses from Maharashtra are eligible to apply for MCET.
The validity period of MCAT score is one year.

In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D.

Well I would suggest you to stick by CA, take a reputed and well paying job after successfully completing the same. And work for good number of years and once you personally feel ready to take the jump, go ahead with 1 year Executive MBA. Opt for MBA Finance as that would best enrich your skills and knowledge.
However, I may suggest you with CRISIL Certified Analyst Program (CCAP) or in banking sector like Diploma in Banking & Financial Services(HDBFS). You can also go for various short term courses to increase your skills and knowledge in different field of study and interests like Diploma In Treasury And Forex Management, Merchant Banking And Financial Services, Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Financial Management and Banking. Other courses like Computer specific Tally, Hotel Management, Foreign Languages, Fashion Merchandising, Industrial Design, Library Sciences, Travel and Tourism, Secretarial Courses, Medical Transcription etc.

The questions are generally of the objective type. You need to be prepared in basic mathematics as well as in fundamental concepts of computer like C, C++ and UNIX etc. You can practice questions on code snippets or debug errors as good knowledge on all levels will help you a lot.
Candidates who have passed the first round will then have to be present for a Technical interview. A HR interview will follow this. The technical interview will be highly specialized and will cover more or less all subjects the candidates have done in their program.
