Nobody expects a B.Tech student to have a work experience. You have good marks and I suggest that you start applying for internships in top IT (if you have interest in IT) as well as Auto firms. You will surely get selected in them.

Hi abhi. you have a good brand name. MBA colleges really prefer people with jobs in government sector. and you are in on of the professionally run govt company. I would recommend that you should not go for correspondence MBA. try for 1 year executive MBA and that would be better for you. If you still want to consider correspondence MBA rather than Indian B-Schools I would recommend to search in International B-Schools. there are many international B-Schools who have started offering correspondence MBA. one of them is Harvard. it is better to do it from there rather than focusing your energy and money here.

You will get many good colleges which provides MBA degree, but prior applying you should do some research to check which are the institutes that provide proper educational facilities, faculties as well as placements. Apart from that you also need to take into consideration the accreditation as well as reputation of the colleges.
