For the PGDM General program in BIMTECH, it is tough to get a call with a CAT percentile of 70.
But you can apply with GMAT score, if you had given earlier. Usually the cutoff of GMAT score is around 600 to 620.
Also you can apply in the International Business program, which is as good as the General program in BIMTECH.
Also you can apply under the NRI category or the Sponsored category (if some company is ready to endorse you) in the PGDM General program, the cutoff of these categories is much lower, but the fees is little bit higher than the Merit category.
