Hi Shubham.
If you are from general category then AIR 70K is not sufficient to get any IIT or NIT. But you can go through some private colleges which accept JEE Scores such as BIT Durg etc.
You can also apply for state government colleges such as Wbjee. or even you can wait for 1 more year and start preparation again.
And for eligibility you should have 75 % or in top 20 percentile.
I hope it will help you.

The FDDI exam is not that difficult to crack. You need to give time and practice your quantitative ability, reasoning ability and English language well. Apart from these, you also need to practice your design skills as there is a Design Aptitude Test as well. Your creativity and drawing skills will be seen at this stage. You must practice the previous years' papers to prepare yourself well for the exam. You can find a detailed information about the exam in this link https://www.shiksha.com/college/footwear-design-and-development-institute-fddi/exams/fddi-aist

Hi, You have no option to calculate your percentile score because percentile score is depend on -
1)Total no of candidate can appearing in the exam.
2)Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you.
Both are unknown to you so you have not calculate it. Because this information is hidden to candidate.
If you collect above two date then you can easily calculate your percentile.
