Hi, NATA registration have opened from 24/01/2019. NATA exams will be held twice from this year, dates being for the year - 14/04/2019 and 07/07/2019. Last dates for registering to the exams would be 11/03/2019 and 12/06/2019 respectively.

I will suggest you to go for a proper full-time course in M.Tech, if you are genuinely interested in it, as only getting a degree will not help you, as you know that it is really difficult to get a good job nowadays. And, for part-time you will have to contact the colleges, as I think most of the colleges nowadays are not giving courses for part-time.

JEE score depends while taking admission in DTU, and it should be reasonably high because there is state quota 85% reserved seats, you can take admission in biotech there, but your JEE score should be good and with PCB there is very little chance of it.

The programme is not quite relevant to your education background but nevertheless, you can apply. Show them your interest, a portfolio will be asked by many colleges demonstrating your artwork and designs. It is going to be challenging but works on it. If you are truly interested in the subject go for it.
