Well based on your prior education background of BE(CS), I would say that you can opt for certifications in the domain of Networking like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or you may opt for JAVA, J2EE, Digital Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation, etc. Even SAP or Oracle will be a great idea.
All the above would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future. There are increased job opportunities for you in different areas like Power Sector, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Hardware Manufacturing, etc

Well first be aware of the great waiting period Anglo Eastern is giving nowadays
There are other institutes like Samundra which is better as u will get less waiting
Anglo is taking around 200 engine cadets every year in addition to taking chinese philipino cadets
