you can prepare for GATE to addmission into Mtech or to join public sectors like NTPC powergrid GAIL etc
or you can also choose CAT XAT for Business programes

Yes you may surely pursue MBA, after Msc in life science as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in marketing or HR would be the best option for you.

There is no difference b/w Architecture & Architecture engineering. B.Architecture is a 5 years full time course. The institute should be recognized with Council of Architecture.
Basic of syllabus/curriculum is almost same.

Hi,
Yes you may surely pursue MBA after completing your graduation, in order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However please remember some institutes consider only full time undergraduate degree for admission in their MBA program.
