Hi,
For immediate help, register yourself with various job portals like Naukri.com, Times Jobs, Monster, etc. and also constantly go through Employment News.
Also there are various parameters that define your candidature for jobs in companies such as education, soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
Would advice you to keep applying and sit for interviews even if the company is not big. You have to start from somewhere so why not small.
Besides Tally, you can also consider-
**SAP Financial and Controlling
**N.C.F.M Certification

To do a B Tech, you must have completed your +2 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate. You must clear national/state level entrance examinations as applicable to your college/university with a good score to pursue a branch of your liking. Payment seats may be available in self financing colleges. There are private deemed universities in our country that conduct their own entrance examination. Admissions to IITs and IISc will be based on the scores obtained in JEE conducted every year.
