Yes, you may surely take GRE test, please remember GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue masters degree in science and engineering fields from universities abroad.
GRE scores are accepted by universities in:
1. US.
2. UK.
3. Canada.
4. Singapore.
5. Germany, and many more countries.

To be a stockbroker, you have to be a graduate with a minimum of two years work experience in a stockbroking firm. Registration for bro-kership is granted on the basis of experience as a sub-bro-ker and on the recommendation of a registered broker. However I can suggest you with steps-
1. Take a course in stock brokering from either National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange
2. Work at a stock brokering firm and gain a minimum of two years' work experience.
3. Determine what type of services you want to offer as a stock broker ranging from stocks, bonds, derivatives, insurance, etc.
4. Ensure that you have adequate infrastructure
