yes you can join a diploma course in civil engineering after class 10.but its just a diploma and not a degree.Once diploma is complete you will have to take admission in B-TECH/BE under lateral entry scheme where you will enter directly into 2nd year.Remember you can get a job after completion of your diploma but you will not get a good post and salary.To get a good post you will have to complete your b_tech

50% in graduation is the minimum requirement to sit for CAT.
However, Fellow Program in Management is an option in such case.
A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 55 percent marks without graduation is eligible.
