So, you need to have a story, you need to find your own voice and this, fortunately, or unfortunately, will be your never-ending-personal-struggle. But you can learn the technical aspects of film-making and that's where books and teachers come into the picture. Now, since we're over with the rough part, I can suggest a few books now. These mediums, books, tutorials and websites, have taught me everything I know about film-making and I'm still learning. Note - To direct a film crew and cast, you will ha

Hi buddy, I wouldn't say better. Infrastructure, technical support, facilities, extra curricular activities, all these aspects are similar. NITs are well established, funding support for research projects are better compared to SASTRA. I would rank them equal if not NITs bit comparatively better than SASTRA. As everyone says it's in your hands and your personal ability to make use of the best facilities and infrastructure available.
Hope this helps!

SASTRA University is better than some NITs (some NITs does not include NIT Trichy). SASTRA University has better placements and salary packages as they have many tie ups with MNCs. They also offer Industrial exposure and Internships.
The infrastructure is also good at SASTRA University.
If you are aspiring to be a good engineer with a placement in top companies and also with a good salary then SASTRA University is a good choice.
Top 5 NITs are better than SASTRA. If you don't get a good course in those top 5 NITs then SASTRA University will be the better choice.

The highest package is INR. 9 Lakhs per annum this year, I myself hold a INR. 6 L.p.a from SSIM. But, the question you have to ask yourself is that are you worth this package. So, don't judge any B-School by its package or ROI or anything. Even though, this B-school may have this package, but can you strive to be the one for it, can only be known if you have what it takes in you. All the best. No, you need to complete 10+2 before entering into Aviation field. For entering into aviation you can go for a diploma degree but very few colleges allow lateral entry on the basis of diploma degree.
My suggestion for you will be to complete 10+2 as it will bring great opportunities in the long run.
