Saying that a particular college is best is quite a strenous job in my point of view.Now according to your query for CIVIL ENGINEERING you can either consider KIIT or AMITY,Noida. LPU is not a good option (i have heard many negative things about LPU).LNMIIT is not as good as compared to KIIT or AMITY.Rest depends on your ranking and fees preference though i think that both the fees of KIIT and AMITY will be in the same range

B.tech(bachelor of technology) is a four year course and the eligibility is 12th with PCM.If you done diploma then you will get lateral entry in second year of b.tech.It's an undergraduate academic degree.The course is designed to gain conceptual knowledge and practical application.The 4 year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course requires students to have technical aptitude and a creative bent of mind.
