1. To become a lawyer, you need to get a degree in law by taking up a five-year Bachelor of Law (B.A. LL.B) degree course after completing your higher secondary education (Class 12).
2. For admission into a law school in India, you need to take entrance exams such as-
Common Law Admission Test -
This entrance examination is conducted for admission to 14 of the coveted National Law Schools.

3. You must have strong analytic skills, good interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of the basic principles in order to successfully settle as a Lawyer.
4. After obtaining degree, you can practice as a lawyer. To specialize in any specific law, it may be a good idea to pursue a post-graduate law degree or diploma courses in related field
5. You can join either the Bar Council of India or a local or state bar council by submitting an application.

Joint Admission Test ( JAM ) is the entrance test for admission to various IIT's across the country in courses like Master of Computer Application ( MCA ) and Master of Sciences ( M.Sc. ). No other college/university considers it.
As for taking admission into MCA in Delhi University, you need to qualify the below criteria-
Any bachelor's degree examination (10+2+3 scheme) of the University of Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least one paper in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operations Research/ Computer Science) under annual mode/ at least two papers in Mathematical Sciences in semester mode of examination.
Minimum percentage required: 60% marks in aggregate.
The candidates who are appearing in the final year examination of the degree on the basis of which admission is sought are also eligible to apply.
Admission Procedure
Mode-I
50% of the seats are filled on the basis of merit in the B.Sc. (H) Computer Science Examinations of University of Delhi. The students seeking admission under this mode must apply for admission by the last date mentioned in this bulletin.
Mode-II
Remaining 50% seats shall be filled through an entrance test conducted by the
Department of Computer Science followed by interview. The entrance test will consist of two tests. Test I will be objective type and Test II will consist of subjective type questions.
