IIT-Bombay or IIIT-Hyderabad are the best options. If you don't have that much marks let me come to other options other than NIT, IIT, and IIIT. KIIT, VIT, SRM, Manipal and THAPAR are the colleges you can try for. Other than that if you can specify your marks or criteria then I will be able to suggest you a few good options.

Hello Praveen,Yes, you can. Just now IGNOU has announced opening up of admission process for session starting from July 2018. I would advice you to download the brochure cum application form from webpage and start off!!

Hi Divisha, The best colleges of India are:
1) St. Stephen college (cutoff 97% )
2)SRCC (cutoff 99%)
3)Hindu college (96.7%)
4) Hansraj college (96%)
These all colleges are affiliated to Delhi University. Cut-off is the % you get in 12 exam in the best of four subjects. Since you attained 93, you have strong chances of getting into colleges in the 3rd or 4th cut-off. All the best.

Well, it depends on many things. But I observed that students having ECET rank below 100 (branch wise rank)are having good chances for lateral entry in SVUCE. There are exceptions too but as far as I'm concerned, majority of students who sought lateral entry have ECET branch ranks 100.
