If the 12th class studied by your daughter in Qatar is recognized as equivalent to intermediate B.P,C in India, she may be eligible for admission to BMS programs in India.
The admission process for BMS programs may vary from college to college, and some colleges may conduct entrance exams or consider the candidate's score in national-level exams such as JEE Main, NEET, or CLAT for admission. Therefore, I suggest you check the admission criteria and eligibility requirements of the colleges where your daughter is interested in applying.

The fee for a BMS program in India may range from approximately Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 3,00,000 per year.
