It is quite a good score. But, Application process for admission start in the month of June and are based on merit of the students at 10+2 level. Then, Students who are shortlisted for admission are called up for the Interview round. So, it is not sure what merit will goes. But it is more than 80%. Best wishes.

TFWS is Tuition fee waiver scheme. Under this scheme, if your income yearly is below some specified amount then you do not have to pay your tuition fees to the college (tuition fees are generally 50k to 60k). And, I am pretty sure that colleges in Andhra Pradesh have this scheme.
