It is very difficult to have initially completed your B.Sc through a university and plan to write the final year through correspondence mode; in most of the cases similar to your requirement, you will require to qualify the the third year through the same university only or else will have to start the course fresh.

It is not clear whether you are inquiring about the IACM course or the options for pursuing B.Sc in IT, but then as your core interest is to pursue a career in Cyber Security, it seems a good decision on your part.
But as for pursuing a B.Sc in IT is concerned, there are many institutions and depending on your location preference and admission procedure required to be qualified.
