Hi,
You may pick either. One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
Thanks.

Hi,
To make a career in Web Penetration Testing, I would suggest you to opt for a bachelors degree first in a relevant discipline such as B.C.A, B.SC IT/CS or Information Security, etc.
Simultaneously, you can pick certification course in Ethical Hacking or Network Administrator as both these will give you an insight in your desired career.
Also would like to share a link with you that offers online course on Penetration Testing-
