To make a career in Web Penetration Testing, I would suggest you to opt for a bachelors degree first in a relevant discipline such as B.C.A, B.SC IT/CS or Information Security, etc.
Simultaneously, you can pick certification course in Ethical Hacking or Network Administrator as both these will give you an insight in your desired career.
