Straight Answer : Candidate must have had maths or stats in 12th.
This is the only eligibility criteria to apply for MCA course.
As you did not have maths or stats in 12th or Mathematics as one of the subjects in graduation , then you are not eligible for MCA course.
As background is Commerce, you are not allowed for the M.C.A course.

you can do Btech only regular mode by AICTE approved , i don't think Btech part time or distance is approved by AICTE , because in 2010 AICTE approved only regular technical education at graduation level

at this it is difficult but AMITY is deemed university you have to check out for admission , and you can get admission , in deemed university you can get direct admission , you only need to have minimum marks

first of all there is no such Institute in Delhi like Wright brothers and i have never heard this name before you. Aeronautical Engineering has Very limited Jobs in India. there are also little Bit Companies in India for Aeronautical Stream and they all prefers Students of Government Colleges. if you are getting any government College for Aeronautical Engineering then only go for IT better don't do it.
