since aporva have suggested names of university. .I just wanna give you a advise. .I think you are an average student . .who can do well on good guidance . . in my opinion why don't you try in SRM university or some other reputed university. I don't think in uptu you can find good university. .find some university in other state. . I have searched a lot and unable to find an university which is best . .i mean in which any student can take admission without any stress or question in mind. .

india is growing and so the need of engineeres.EMBEDDED SYSTEMS is a very large fileld. and its scopes r large. u need to do it frm a reputed institute so that the cartificate which it gives will hold more promise.It would b better if the institute is a government one like the CIPT,or CTTC(central tool room and trainning center) under msme(ministry of small and mediun enterprise)GOI located at BHUBANESwar.but befor that u hav to have knowledge of VLSI.
verious PSu and PRIVATE institute recrute embeded engineers.the avr salary is likely to be arround 3- 4 lacs.but u need to work har to get through the xams.

You can go for job oriented courses like Hospitality, International Hotel Management, Healthcare, Event Management, Public relations and Corporate Administration that are being offered by institutes. These are all service sector jobs and there is a huge demand for trained professionals.
