With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have 10+2+4 years of education.
However there are some universities which accepts 10+2+3 or 10+2+3+1 years of education.
So regarding this I would suggest you to:
1. Make the list of universities where you wish to apply.
2. Then contact the international admission department of these shortlisted universities either through phone or email.
3. Then request them to give you details information regarding eligibility criteria for admission.
4. If you fulfil the eligibility criteria you may then apply to those universities.

Generally, to pursue Pharma MBA you need to be a graduate from recognized university with 50% marks (general category) and 5% relaxation (Sc and ST Candidates).
You need to score a good percentile to get admittance in a good college.
