Distance Education is a fine mix of various teaching methodologies. In a full time program, the learning is through face to face communication, whereas Distance learning program combines various tools like , study material , audio visual CDs, E-learning, etc.

With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have 10+2+4 years of education.
However there are some universities which accepts 10+2+3 or 10+2+3+1 years of education.
So regarding this I would suggest you to:
1. Make the list of universities where you wish to apply.
2. Then contact the international admission department of these shortlisted universities either through phone or email.
3. Then request them to give you details information regarding eligibility criteria for admission.
