Distance Education is a fine mix of various teaching methodologies. In a full time program, the learning is through face to face communication, whereas Distance learning program combines various tools like , study material , audio visual CDs, E-learning, etc.

With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have 10+2+4 years of education.
However there are some universities which accepts 10+2+3 or 10+2+3+1 years of education.
So regarding this I would suggest you to:
