To pursue B.E. / B.Tech in mechanical engineering, you need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%. You need to appear in entrance exam.

To become a doctor you need to take admission in MBBS.
Eligibility Criteria :
-You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
-You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
-You need to sit for an entrance exam such as AIIMS Entrance Exam, AIPMT, AFMC, DUMET etc.
