Yes your eligible for doing MBA, but i wish you to do any professional course like Certified Management Accountant [CMA], its a short term course where you can clear in 1 year maximum and most of the Public / Private Sector Banks are started looking for CMAs and even MNCs too, Good Luck

You have not mentioned the course you are interested in. You can take direct admission in a course subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. In case you don't fulfill the criteria you can give the test conducted by LPU. Please check the link below for details of courses offered by university after 12th

You can look for the job in Banks or any other companies, If you wish to do any higher course there are lot of courses like CMA / ICWAI, i suggest you to do CMA if you wish . . . . . . . Good Luck

As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree form universities in UK, so regarding this please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take IELTS or TOEFL test to prove your english language proficiency.
