Dear Gaurav, its a difficult question to answer. Your own skills and talents will determine if you will get a job. Both the countries are fantastic for international students, cheap and ample opportunities. Both the countries also have post study work permits. Secondly you have not yet decided what to study which makes it all the more difficult to answer your query. Both the courses have different opportunities and admission requirements also differs. The best way is to check the SOL lists of both the countries, zero in your choice of course and university based on budget, your career plans and university requirements. As far as I know to study MBA you must have work experience so these are kind of things you need to know before deciding.

Shubham, you have not specified the branch you have got admission in. But you have searched for the branch and found no record of it being offered by any university that opt for the one that is relatively old.
These days we have many branches available for B.Tech. Some of them are there for long like ECE, CSE, EE, Mech., Civil etc but with passage of time the impact of technology has increased due to which many new branches have come up like Biotech, Food tech., Nanotech, Aerospace, Petroleum, Mechatronics, Agricultural engineering. etc.
Many other reputed private universities are also offering these courses. Most of these have good placements and some even offer scholarships, so you can check the details of these universities too.
