As per my knowledge, the classes are starting from 18th July 2018.
But you should definitely come on 16th July for hostel admission, room allotment, IRIS account activation and Mess enrollment.

No you can't do M.Com and B.Ed same year. It will be not acceptable. Yes, but you can do dual degree of B.Ed plus M.Ed but that will take around 4-5 year. Good luck.

If the college is located in Gurgaon, it can give you better placements as well as exposure like Paid Live Projects, Paid Winter Internships and Paid Summer Internship, International Conclaves, Seminars & Guest Lectures. If you note carefully, all these deals a corporate requirement. Since, the corporate hub is Gurgaon, neither a General Manager can take time to visit colleges in Noida, Ghaziabad or Delhi nor the student can travel all the way from their college in Ghaziabad / Noida / Delhi to attend the Conclaves / Seminars / Internships / Live Projects conducted only in the corporate co

Select any UK universities. For example, Heriot-Watt University, Middlesex University. Apply for courses in management. Most of these universities will not accept MBA without experience. That is why I am suggesting you take up management courses like supply chain management.

Right now registration for government seats has ended (KEA-CET & COMED K). But if you have applied through COMED K then there is a very high chance of getting a good college in Karnataka based on your score. Or else you always have an option of Private Management seats (consider this to be the last preferred option).
